Delete Your Account & Data

You can remove your MindPosted account and all of the personal data we hold about you — including any information obtained from social accounts you connected (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) — at any time. There are two ways to do it, described below.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in Settings (fastest)

Sign in to your MindPosted account at mindposted.com.
Open Settings → Account.
Scroll to the Danger zone and select Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog. Deletion is immediate.

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription, cancels all scheduled posts, revokes and deletes the access tokens for every connected social account, and permanently disables sign-in to the account.

Option 2 — Email us to request deletion

If you can't sign in, prefer not to use the app, or want us to handle it for you, send a request to our support team from the email address you signed up with so we can verify that the account is yours:

Send it from the email address associated with your MindPosted account.

We verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law.

What gets removed

When you delete your account, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

Your account profile and login credentials
Your uploaded media, voice recordings, and text input
Content you generated on the platform
Your scheduled and queued posts
Access tokens and profile data obtained from any connected social media account, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn

Deletion timeline

Disconnecting a social account without deleting your account

If you only want to remove the data from a specific connected platform, you don't have to delete your whole account:

In MindPosted, go to Connections and remove the account. Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the access tokens and profile data we stored for it.
You can also revoke our access directly from the platform — for example, on Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites, on TikTok under Security & Permissions → Manage app permissions, or on LinkedIn under Settings → Permitted Services.
