  • Content that follows your selected template and branding preferences
  • Export-ready files optimized for your chosen platforms

When You Can Request a Refund

We want to make this simple and fair. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if our service doesn't generate usable content from your input. Here's what we need to process your refund:

  1. Service Issue: Our AI wasn't able to create shareable carousel content from your input, even after trying different approaches
  2. Fresh Start: You haven't downloaded any generated content yet (this helps us understand what went wrong)
  3. Timely Request: You contact us within 14 days of your purchase
  4. Valid Input: You provided content that complies with our Terms of Service (any supported language is welcome!)
  5. Good Standing: Your account is active and hasn't been restricted

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why no shareable content was generated
  4. Include screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the issue (if applicable)
  5. Confirm that you have not downloaded any generated content

Refund Process

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans:
